The Aachen Charity Run has been taking place since 1999 and will be held for the 23rd time this year at the Waldstadion, promoting both personal health and a good cause. Countless hours of volunteer work have been dedicated to organizing the various races and the accompanying program. Particularly noteworthy is the good cause, as every cent of the proceeds goes to the aid organizations "Breakfast for Kids," "TABEA," and the "Hospice Foundation Region Aachen." The positive atmosphere among the participants and the increasing number of entrants in recent years make this run a special event in the Aachen sports calendar.
